G. Connie Runia is an attorney and entrepreneur. She lives and works from a small ranch near Boise, Idaho.
Connie is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Idaho. She began her Oregon practice with a large regional law firm, a member of the business law team. Her practice has included general business representation, in-house counsel positions, and she most recently served as general counsel to an Idaho collection agency before hanging out her own shingle in 2015 as On Track Legal Services PLLC. Areas of practice include general business representation from start-up through succession, contracts and service agreements, purchase and sale transactions, vendor and customer disputes, and estate planning.
Connie's strong entrepreneurial spirit has led to several other endeavors. She is a founder and co-owner of On-Behalf LLC, an accounts receivable consulting business, as well as participating with a local general counsel group who provide retainer based legal services to a variety of businesses. A frequent speaker and advisor to other entrepreneurs, Connie's latest venture, still a Side Gig, brings her into an e-commerce based business model.
